What Causes Constant Tiredness, Aching In Joints And Inflammation Of Stomach?

I have a white blood cell count of 2.2, low iron store levels, low blood pressure, constant achy feeling and pain in my joints, inflamation in my upper stomach (have had a scope which revealed nothing) my stomach feels like it is being pulled apart at the worst inflamation; I have no bacterial or viral infection; I am constantly tired and will sleep 8-10 hours but still spend the day exhausted. I have seen specialists in Endocrinology, cardiology and gastrology. These symptoms started 7 years ago when I was working in swimming pools, after I got streptococcus in my stomach with no symptoms in my throat, they have progressively got worse since then. Every test I get done seems to come back in the normal range and my GP is running out of ideas; we are starting to consider lupus. Since the symptoms started I have also had anxiety issues which I had never had before. Any idea what this could be because it is effecting my standard of living and I want to start a family but don t want to get pregnant until I know whatever is wrong will not effect the baby?

if I would have been at your place I would have done my ASO titration done as many of streptococcus infection are silent for years & can cause these symptoms later. Dont be anxious as it will affect your standard of living & can make you more ill. consult your GP & start appropriate treatment. it will not affect your baby if you first diagnose the condition & take proper treatment.
