General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic

I understand your concerns about breast pain and tenderness with constant pressure.

This might happen due to hormonal changes in a cycle or infection of the soft tissue called as mastitis.

These changes are seen commonly during the premenstrual part of the cycle and may be suggestive of impending Menses.

If pain is not much you can ignore it. Otherwise you can take progesterone medicines with oral pain killers which are available over the counter if pain is unbearable.

But you will need a prescription for the progesterone pill, for that you can talk to your Gynecologist about that.

Hope this will help you.

Regards
