What Causes Constant Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side?

Hello, I have a constant pain in my lower left abdomen, just above, and to the right of my left hip. I am 31 and lead a fairly active lifestyle. The pain increases with certain abdominal movements (twisting or sitting up). I also feel a bit bloated. Could this be a hernia?

there are lots of reason for abdominal pain . You should get a ultrasound abdomen so that cause of abdominal pain can b ruled out
