What Causes Constant Nosebleed And Tiredness?

I m been extremely tired the past few days and have a constant bloody nose. The blood dries up in my nose and when I blow or pick it out fresh blood comes out of my nose and dries up again. My throat is dry, My muscles hurt, my stomach a little bit Im just not hungry. Food seems repulsive to me and same as drinks (forcing myself to drink water though) and I have cuts on the sides of my mouth that scab. is this just a cold ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Patient, your symptoms can be caused by a normal virusinfection like a cold. If this persists longer than 1-2 weeks i recommend seeing a general practitioner though to be on the safe side. Until then you should drink a lot of tea, do some inhaling with hot steam, for the pain you can take ibuprofen or paracetamol and you should take a rest. Hope you get better soon, if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this answer was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
