What Causes Constant Nausea Despite A Normal Ultrasound Report?

hello ive been feeling nauseaus abit and recently went to doctor to get a blood test and it came back good, also a abdomen ultrasound and that came good but the urea breath test came back positive for Helicobacter pylori , im worried is it serious ? is it common ? what hbappens from now? and can stomach tumours be detected by abdomen ultrasound?

hi dear , don't worry about the disease . n please don't think about tumours. it is some ulcers are there in food pipe for which u have to take treatment that is if 10-15 days n consists of antibiotics n PPIs.
