What Causes Constant Nausea And Abdominal Bloating?

I had a tubal almost 5 years ago and for the past 3 weeks I have been experiencing constant nausea ( whether I eat or not) non-stop. Along with the nausea I also have intense bloating in my belly as well as back pain. My cycles has diminished from the typical 5 day frame to 3 day frame and it s not as heavy of a flow as usual. I have took several pregnancy test, all to come back negative. My question is, is there a chance that I could in fact be pregnant??

You have a Non-stop nausea for 3 weeks, whether you eat or not, intense bloating, back pain. Cycles diminished as you explained. You too k several pregnancy tests and worried whether you would be pregnant or not in spite of Tubal Ligation 5 years ago.

No.This is just not possible.So do not worry. With the symptoms you have this looks to be a case called Pseudocyesis.
Pseudocyesis : Means there is no actual pregnancy but the patient gets all the signs and symptoms. This is confirmed by a negative ultrasonography. He patient who has the extreme desire of having Motherhood again develops this sort of a problem. No one really knows the reason and the exact mechanism by which this happens. Consult your Senior Gynecologist who has seen such more cases for counselling and further management.
