What Causes Constant Muscle Pain In Arm?

hi doctor, past one week i am having hand pain..its internal pain nerve..whenever i feel cool i will have that pain and whenever i start my work in office..its only my left hand..so i just apply oilment to feel better..but few days having frequently pain..i went to clinic to consult with bu doctor says that its just mussle pain..can i get advice from you.thank you.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have constant muscle pain in arm. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like muscle spasm , nerve compression or heart problem like angina . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist to rule out more serious condition . Doctor may order ECG , TMT , complete blood profile along with troponin t test to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe isosorbide nitrate , aspirin , sedative along with beta blockers . Doctor may also refer you to orthopedic surgeon in case of bone muscle problem , who may prescribe physical therapy along with muscle relaxant and anti inflammatory . For now stay cal , take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and take proper rest.
