What Causes Constant Itchiness On Hands And Palm?

My hands .....palms start to itch mildy and beckon my scratch......when i finally do scratch it makes my palms itch so much more that i have to scratch more and harder until it actually hurts (no relief just pain) and then the itch subsides for an hour or teo then i do it all again.Worse at night Worst when sleeping Anytime hot water makes them feel like they have a 2nd degree burn Help g

Thanks for the query,
You might be suffering from scabies.
It will be better to take an application of permethrin.
Also take an anti histamine tablet.
This will control the itch.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.And get the medication prescribed.
