HI,

I can understand your concerns.

The commonest cause of headache in pregnancy is HIGH BP sand preeclampsia.

However since your BP is normal it might not be so.

Do you have history of migraine?

Are you having a cold, runny nose or sinusitis?

Constant headache itself is not a reason for induction however you have crossed 37 weeks and it is safe to induce.

If you want you can go for an induction of pregnancy.

Regards,

Dr Biswas MD
