Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to low blood pressure.

I would like to have some more information on your headache:
- Is it pressure like or throbbing?
- Where is it located?
- Is is related to your body movements and position (aggravated when standing up)?

What are your actual blood pressure values?

I recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure and refer them to your doctor.
Besides a careful physical examination it is necessary performing some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate, blood electrolytes, fasting glucose) to exclude other secondary causes of your symptomatology.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Greetings!
Dr. Aida
