What Causes Constant Headache?

What could be causing a constant headache on the crown of my head - right on top (not by ears, or by eyes). It can be alleviated by taking Tylenol but I keep getting it daily. I just got my eyes checked and the Dr doesn t believe it has anything to do with my eyes. The pain feels like I hit my head on a cabinet or something - but I haven t.

Here detail clinical history needs to be elicited regarding diet and drug history also...

If headache is throbbing and unilateral and nausea like feature present than rule out it...

For migraine ibuprofen like drug prescribed and if needed rizatriptan prescribed

Hypoglycemia, lack of sleep, irregular meal, stress, smoking etc might be the causative that has to be ruled out

Also get investigated by HB estimation and ESR estimation for further work up

According to cause specific treatment given

If headache worsen and very severe MRI needs to be done

Take care
