Hello!

I read carefully your question and understand your concern.

The symptoms you describe may be related to different disorders:
- a viral infection of upper respiratory ways
- a sinus infection.
-cervical spondyloarthrosis ( causing stiff neck and headache)

I would recommend you to consult with the GP and perform a routine blood test for infection, renal and liver function tests and a sinus xray followed by a cervical column xray.

Hope to have been helpful!

Greetings! Dr. Aida
