What Causes Constant Headache, Blurred Vision, Loss Of Concentration And Uncontrollable Anger?

Hi, I have constant headaches (at the front of my head) I get blurred vision every so often and I continually have problems concentrating at work, even on the small things. My appetite is fine but I fine myself getting very angry at the smallest things. I am 53 years old a male and normally in good health. The only medication I take is Toppamax for mild Epilepsy. I have not had or suffered a fit in over 8 years. Any ideas? Thank you.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. From the given information, the symptoms correspond to stress related disorder. Stress is simply a reaction to a stimulus that disturbs our physical or mental equilibrium. In other words, it's an omnipresent part of life. A stressful event can trigger the “fight-or-flight” response, causing hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol to surge through the body. A little bit of stress, known as “acute stress,” can be exciting—it keeps us active and alert. But long-term, or “chronic stress,” can have detrimental effects on health.

Please introspect and try to recall. For how many days you are having these problems? Can you isolate any work stress issues? You may not be able to control the stressors in your world, but you can alter your reaction to them. Physical exercise, creative activities, deep breathing, being away from the situation for sometime etc can help you tackle the stress.

I suggest you to keep a log of these incidents. With the log, you may consult a psychologist for stress management and education.
