Considering your actual health problems and your age, I can say as following: - having constant headache for the past five days, it might be related to tension headache or flu (as you are also reporting to have like hot flashes) - oscillations in blood pressure can also cause such problems; I advise to monitor your bp, record the results for future reference - if you are used to work for long time in front of computer, then, your eyes might get dry or tired which might also cause headache - you are revealing only your age and not your gender; if a woman, pregnancy is also to consider For the moment, I advise to: - take pain-killers - have more rest - increase fluids intake - avoid coffee or other stimulant drinks (e.g. energetic drinks) If no improvement within a couple of days, then, should schedule an appointment with your doctor as further diagnostic tests might be needed.
