What Causes Constant Headache And Fever Despite Taking Medication?

Hi, Since yesterday I have had this heavy head, with slight headache and low fever. I took a paracetamol yesterday but I don t think it has helped. Today morning I woke up with the same feeling. Is it the onset of a flu? What medications should I take? Thanks.

Fever is a symptom of an underlying disease. There are many causes of fever such as malaria, typhoid, infectious mononucleosis, TB, Dengue etc.
Advice
1.     Azithromycin 500 mg daily per oral for 5 days
2.     Take paracetamol if fever occurs
3.     Take liquid diet
4.     Drink 4 – 5 liters of water daily
5.     Cold water sponging if fever is more than 100 degree Farenheight
6.     Investigations – CBC, Widal test, blood smear for malarial parasite, and dengue NS1 antigen
