Hello,
constant diarrhea can cause inflamed hemorrhoids which can cause some blood streaking in the stool. Gallbladder issues should not cause any gi bleeding. Avoiding greasy fatty foods will help with indigestion and diarrhea, consider getting your gallbladder removed. The blood is typically self limiting, in that it will stop on its own and is nothing to be severely concerned about. If you notice profuse bleeding, dizziness, shortness of breath, seek medical attention.
