What Causes Constant Cough When Diagnosed With Chronic Heart Failure?

My husband just had a heart attack at the end of July 2015. He was also diagnosed with chronic heart failure and pulmonary hypertension. He is on a regimen of medication- losartan, brilinta for his stents, lipitor, mononitrate, low dose aspirin, potassium, lasix. He has a constant cough. Vicks and camphor seem to help. But can you recommend anything else to reduce cough?

Your symptoms are suggestive of some chest infection for which you can take levoflox or azithro after an expert opinion along with diominic-dca or wikoryl for chest congestion and discomfort. For cough you can take syrup asthakind or bro-zedex three times daily.
