Hii

I admire you for positive outlook.

I guess you have bipolar depression.

The symptoms that you have described is symptoms of illness itself.

Need to increase the dose of medicine.

I prefer lithium up to 900 mg in my patients for better control.

Please consult your doctor and tell him about all symptoms so he will make necessary change in medicines.

Besides this you have to follow like

Exercise
Meditation
Deep breathing and hyperventilation

proper sleep

Stress free activity
Do pleasurable activity
music and hobbies

Discuss with friends
See all thing with different angle
Positive outlook
confidence
all this will help you to counter daily stress.

Thank you.
Get well soon.
