General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

If you are female then a hormonal profile, a cardiac profile elaborstely especially an EKG and a 2D-echocardiography. An ultrasound of your abdomen and pelvis may help rule out a few causes, but if you are female then the main test would be your hormone levels. A chest xray should also be conducted. But I cannot really comment much based on what information I have at hand. Get the tests done and write to me.

Best wishes.
