General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Based on your description of symptoms, it appears that you could be having a deficiency of calcium and vitamin D, leading to weakness in the skeletal system.

Kindly get the following investigations done.
1. Serum calcium and phosphorus levels.
2. Serum Vitamin D level.
3. Bone mineral density test.

Kindly consult a physician with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S
