What Causes Constant Anxiety After A Nervous Breakdown?

Following a Nervous Breakdown, a 56 yr old woman has constant anxiety which even prevents her from going to the supermarket or being around other people. she also states that she has no energy ands is severely depressed. she says meds do not help her tho she is under csre of a physician .

*Have enough rest.
*Be stressfree..
