What Causes Confusion, Migraines And Dizziness After A Head Injury?

my husband was attacked from behind a few years ago and is now declining in the way he is thinking now .. he seems confused and suffers from bad migraines because of the attack .. but he is getting worse and gets angry for no reason or doesnt know how to do simple things sometimes , he says he doesnt have the strength in his arms or legs and shuffles about like an elderly man , Im losing my husband and i dont know what to do.. could this be because of the hit on his head?

Madam I understand your concern for your husband's health condition. Post head injury it is very common to have such symptoms. It is called as post traumatic stress disorder. In usual cases the symptoms will resolve from 4 weeks to maximum 6 months. But still i would suggest you to consult your doctor and get it evaluated as sometimes some anti anxiety and analgesics may be helpful to overcome it. Byt still time is the treatment. I hope my answer is helpful to you to understand your situation. Wish your husband speedy recovery.
