My husband has recently had two occasions in which he has experienced confusion in reading information on his work computer--not understanding the information given him. He also absolutely forgot his sending a long text he sent our son on his birthday--he did not remember sending it at all. My husband is 61 yrs old and in pretty good health. Has never smoked or drank alcohol, has never taken drugs.

Change blood supply to brain cause confusion and memory loss. Over use of alcohol drinking and smoking and some medicine cause confusion. Any head injury may cause this type of symptoms. Infection of brain or Any other condition may ruled out. Ct scan of brain is helpful for further diagnosis.
