What Causes Confusion And Disorientation While On Primatene And Synthroid?

I get confused and disoriented. Recently going to ATM from one bank to another, both times I left my bank card in the ATM. I have emphesema, and had upper lobe in left lung removed because of lung cancer in 2004. I will be 78 years old next month. I am on primatine and Synthroid (0.1mg).
