What Causes Concussion?

my son hit helmet to helmet last tuesday. on friday he was screaming his head hurts. i took him to the er and he has a concussion. now he is texting me that he wants to sleep and the lights are hurting his eyes and the noise. is this a sign that something else is wrong

Concussion injuries are acceleration- deceleration injuries. if the child is having above symptoms i need to get MRI done to rule out extent of injury. If MRI is normal give him analgesic like tab. flexon along with an anxiolytic for symptomatic relief.
