What Causes Concussion Symptoms With Plugged Ears?

I fell approximately one week ago sticking my chin. I experienced numerous symptoms of a concussion such as nausea, tiredness, loss of appetite, and sleepiness. A couple of days later my hear has felt plugged up and occasionally some dull pain in the top of my head. What would be your prognosis?

Hi , 1 week after head injury multiple symptoms are due to postconcussive syndrome and need symptomatic treatment .
