What Causes Colon Pain And Gastritis While Eating Spicy Food?

I suffer some times from colon pain it happened when I eat hot spicy food. The pain goes away when a lot of gas is released and empty my bowel. Also, even without colon pain, I      suffer from severe stomach gases. What are the diagnoses for my problems? Do I need to make endoscopy of the colon?
