What Causes Cold Sweats, Diarrhea,nausea,headaches And Spasms?

woke up about 3 am in cold sweat. Weak, faint like feeling. Felt diareaha coming on. it continued for about half hour. very weak nausea,headache,stressful feeling. few hours later i had a colon spasm that lasted almost two hours. i ve experienced maybe 5 or 6 over the last year or so. this was the worse. I ve had attacks of diarreaha before but nothing like this.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Recurrent nature of diarrhea, colon spasm although too severe this time, also having headache, sweating, nausea, fainting all indicate severe intestinal infection.
I would advise your hte following :
Go to ER, get the clinical evaluation for fear of septicemia as indicated by your symptoms.
Get the blood tests for CBC, kidney and other function, culture and sensitivity.
Tests of stool and urine.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
All these will to the severity and cause of the symptoms that you have.
Get proper treatment with intravenous fluids, antibiotics, metronidazole and probiotics.
