What Causes Cold Sweats And Fast Heart Beat Post Smoking Withdrawal?
Have quit smoking and has been close to 4 months , i sometimes have episodes wherein i have cold sweats , raised heartbeat , feelinf of falling / crying . They generally last for 30-60 min. They start with me feeling light headed. I have no headaches or any other symptom during such episodes. The next day post such episodes i always wake up with symptoms of hangover.
Post quitting i had got all my blood work done and they were all normal.
I also feel dizzy when i climb stairs ..

Well come to HCM
Persons those have quit the smoking always exhibits some symptoms and then thoughts that this is must be due to quit the smoking so they can start it again but this is not true, such symptoms are just functional one and for to start the smoking again, so just avoid this, this wont make you sick, be firm, take care.
