What Causes Cold Sensation On The Cheek And Lips?

I was working in the ga rage and when I came in I realized that on my left cheek and my lips started this icy hot effect. Thought it might have been caused by contact with something in the garage. I took a shower and washed the affected areas but still have this. It seems to increase the affect when eating or drinking anything cold. Ant ideas on what this could be?

H i,
Welcome ti health care magic public forum.
The symptoms you have Suggest irritation of nerve suppĺying the affected area...pulling,pinching or trauma to nerve at cervical spinal level ./ wrong postural while working/sleeping/exposure to extreme temprature.
You need consultation of an orthopedic surgeon followed by needful investigation like MRI .. would be followed by specific management.
Till then you can try rest to the part/cold compress .. Do not massage .
Please don't woery. Methodical assessment od the peoblem &expert advise would definately help you.
Thanks.
