Hello Dear. I feel you have an upper
respiratory tract infection.
Some of the
home remedies you can follow are
1. Drink plenty of fluids to prevent
dehydration, and also to moisten the nose and sinus membranes.
2. An air humidifier to keep the air moist will assist in keeping the nose and sinus membranes moist. However, use caution to avoid scalding burns due to hot water when humidifying air. Cool mist humidifiers may be a better option.
3.
Acetaminophen or
ibuprofen may be used to relieve minor fevers or facial soreness.
4. Take steam inhalation. Take a bucket of hot water. Add some vicks vapour rub to it. Place a towel over your head and take steam inhalation. This will clear your sinuses.
5. If you go to your doctor he/she may prescribe antibiotics like amox or
cefadroxil. May give you ciplox ear drops to relive you of
ear ache. Cough syrups like aladryl, ambrodyl, brozedex for your cough.
So i suggest you to meet a physician or ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) specialist at the earliest.
Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
