What Causes Clusters Of Freckles On Feet And Ankles?
Hi there. I have what appear to be dense clusters of dark freckles on the tops of my feet/toes and ankles. They are sometimes brown, sometimes red. They are densest where the tops of my feet meet my toes. I am on one medication. 8mg of coversyl for high blood pressure. I m not on my feet often. I m 39 years old. I appreciate any help that you can give me.

I really appreciate your concern, such skin lesion could be due to infection and initially it can be treated with, "Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg" three times in day and for the local application "Povidone Iodine" can be used, try to keep the skin area clean, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
