What Causes Clear Watery Discharge Post Intake Of Morning After Pill?

He didn't come inside of me or go fully in but I believe pre come entered. I took the morning after pill 24 hours after. A week after taking the pill I had bleeding and then brown discharge. I'm now having clear discharge that is also quite watery. I don't believe i'm having any pregnancy symptoms but I'm terrified as it seems like implantation bleeding. I'm also getting slight cramps. Am I pregnant Doctor?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
This bleeding you had must be breakthrough bleeding. This type of bleeding normally occurs within 3 weeks of intake of a Morning after pill or emergency contraceptive pill. There is nothing much to be concerned about it & it should not be implantation bleeding. Clear watery discharge should be your normal vaginal discharge.
This pill works by preventing implantation of fertilized egg on the wall of uterus. It is 95% successful if taken within 24 hours of having sex.
As you have taken the emergency contraceptive pill within 24 hours of intercourse, you should now relax. The possibility of pregnancy is very less in you.
Use condom or regular contraceptive pill as method of contraception in future. Regular taking emergency contraceptive pills can cause problems like irregular periods, ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome & even infertility.
