What Causes Clear Vaginal Discharge?

Hello, I have been having a clear like watery substance leaking out of my vaginal area. It almost feels like im getting my period cause i feel it gush out. I am supposed to be getting my period now, but it is two days late. I am also having breast tenderness. What is this?

Hello there,
Thank you for your question.
The discharge you are describing is either because of impending period when secretions increase in the vaginal area or it could even mean that you are pregnant. Vaginal secretions are non specific and we cannot diagnose without proper examination. If you do not have itching or irritation then its doesnt seem to be an infection.
So wait for your period a couple more days and if you still dont get it then do a urine pregnancy test and confirm that you are not pregnant. You can then visit a gynaecologist based on the result.
Do not worry as of now it doesnt seem concerning.
