What Causes Clear Drainage From The Ear?

I have clear drainage coming from my ear. It itches, have some pressure,hard to hear, been treated for infection with antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs but it comes back,ear drum swells up but then releases when I press on the front portion of my external ear and I can hear swishing inside

hi...clean ear discharge without infection is rare.
it may be labyrynthial fluid..
plzz dont ignore.
have ENT surgeon consultation.
dont ask any doctor except ENT one..
they will provide you correct managment.
