What Causes Circle Bruising When Standing For Long Duration And Go Away While Sitting?

Hi I am 17 years old and I am getting this random bruising on my thigh even after standing for less than an hour. It s a circle bruise, nothing in the middle jut a circle. After hours pass it gets darker but once I sit down it starts to go away. It s on my right thigh, I also previously had knee surgrey on that same leg for a torn miniscus. I have no clue if that has anything to do with it but I am worried!
