What Causes Chronic Sinus Headaches Along With Chest Pain?

I have been having serious sinus headaches, under the eyes, forehead, behind the ears and even by my glands. Teeth area. Also once that starts I feel like I m breathing in deep freezing air. To where my chest hurts What could it be? X-rays supposedly came back ok and blood work was ok.

Hi thanks for asking question in health care magic.

You are having viral infection of respiratory tract mainly.It could be sore throat with pharyngitis or sinusitis.

Relieve congestive symptoms by use of antihistaminic, for relief from blocked nose use oxymetazoline nasal drops or spray.

Do salt water gargles.

Drink more water.

Green leafy vegetables taken more.

Avoid spicy and oily food for few days.

Steam inhalation taken daily with eucalyptes for few days

Lets see what comes in x ray.If consolidation seen then antibiotic started for pneumonia.

Garlic, onion is good for health.

Peppermint inhalation good one for open up all sinuses.

I hope you will recover soon and x ray will come ok...
