What Causes Chronic Right Sided Abdominal Pain?

My son has had stomach pain for 5 days. It is located on right side and also has pain in middle of stomach with poking pain. No fever or nausea nor diaria plus he s getting cramps. Any idea on what is cause? We made him doctor appointment for tomorrow

it can be a muscular pain if there are no other signs and syptoms .....if he doest have diarrhea and vomiting thn we can not necessarily rule out gastroenteritis and children often are very sensitive .....there is nothing to worry about mean while give him soft food and plenty of fluids
