HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the symptoms are not due to one condition only.

The rash may be due to a reaction of the skin to a particular allergen or may be due to infection eg fungal infection or heat related.
If it is fungal some areas may have a circular appearance.

Heart burn, abdominal pain, nausea are lightly related. If the pain is severe it can cause dizziness as well.
These symptoms are due to the reflux.

Change of diet and use of reflux medication would help.

Tight headaches are typically tension headaches.

I hope this helps
