What Causes Chronic Pain In The Chest And Neck?

Hi, I have severe anxiety and am currently on lansoprazole for apparent gastritis, I also have been pre scribed with co codamol for severe muscle pain in my chest, ribs and back due to panic attacks but doesn t seem to be working 100% I have had multiple ecg s and blood tests and they have said everything is okay. Any thoughts on what could be causing the achiness in my chest and neck?

I can understand your concern.
Uncontrolled stress and anxiety are the likely causes for your symptoms.
Yoi are not taking any treatment for anxiety. This is the reason why your symptoms are not subsiding.
So consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You will also need anxiolytic drugs too.
Counselling sessions with anxiolytic drugs will help definitely help you.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
