What Causes Chronic Pain In The Back Below The Rib Cage?

I am having pain in my back on the left side. It is under my ribcage and the pain continues to my left side. I thought it was my stomach,but the pain has moved to my back. I have been able to urinate, have bowel movements and I don t have a fever. But I am in so much pain. Please help

You have back pain. It can be due to some muscular pain or some problems in your spine. First of all you should take analgesic drug like diclofenac plus muscle relaxant. If your pain remain persistent even after 3 days then you should consult your orthopaedic doctor and investigate accordingly.
