What Causes Chronic Pain In Right Knee?

Yes please help i have pain in right leg my knee chronic pain,sometimes as walking it feels like its slipping and wants to bend the wrong way.. it is swollen some what and numb from the knee down right behind my knee cape it hurts so bad.could i have tore something?

it is inflammatory lesion of right knee joint. what is your age. if more it can be osteoarthritis. it can be torn lateral and medial ligament and injured cruciate ligament. swollen means there is effusion. can be inflammatory or autoimmune disorder. use kneecap, take rest. shouLd take xray of kneejoint and detail examination of blood is to be done. should be examined by orthopaedic surgeon. take NSAID.
