General & Family Physician 's  Response
Number of causes responsible for neck pain so I want to know in details about it before visiting a doctor please do a blood DC to ruled out filariasis to cervical lympnode swelling then if found negative do a MRI to ruled out brain and spinal cord pathology . Treatment will be based upon causes only.
