What Causes Chronic Fatigue With Daytime Sleepiness?
54 year old male who has no energy. for 20yrs in the air force I ran 10 miles per day, and now, I have absolutely zero energy. I smoke cigars, drink alcohol and weigh 230 at 6 . I do not sleep well and often find myself wanting to take a nap during the day

If you notice increased fatigue then you should be checked to determine the cause.
It can be due to physical or emotional illness.
Blood tests to check for anemia and to check the thyroid, may be needed.
Screening for chronic illness such as diabetes or for an infection may also be suggested.
