What Causes Chronic Fatigue, Severe Joints Pain And Hair Loss?

hello, I m having symptoms that keep getting worse. been going on for about 2 yrs now.. they are, major fatigue, a lot of joint pain, bouts of sweatie , clamy, hair loss, nausea, headaches,super cold or super hot, numbness in arms and hands. they muscle and joint pain at times unbearable

Hi. This could either be a low thyroid problem or an autoimmune condition like lupus or a vitamin B12 deficiency

You need to have a doctor do blood tests to check for all of those
