General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for your query.
I appreciate your concern for the chronic fatigue with weight gain.

Incomplete data like age, gender, duration of your present problems, any associated medical illness???

The features described in your problem appears to be due to some underlying hormonal problem more likely to be hypo functioning of thyroid gland.

I advise you to visit a physician for proper physical examination and some lab tests including the thyroid function tests, serum cholesterol level, serum iron level, ultrasound for the kidney stones, etc.

Hope this answers your query.

Kindly rate the answer, if you are convinced.
