From what i understand after going through query, the reason for your chronic diarrhea most likely to be Gastro-enteritis - infection, inflammation of stomach and intestines. It is mostly due to food or water poisoning and can be a bacterial, viral or amoebic infection which can be confirmed with stool examination. Most common symptoms of Gastro-enteritis are loose motions, vomitings and abdominal cramps all of which you seem to be suffering with. If I was your treating doctor, I would have suggested you to take antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin 500mg, Metronidazole 400mg, tab.vomikind for vomitings twice daily along with lot of fluids and electrolytes. chronic diarrhea can be also due to continuous irritation of intestines to allergic food items.
