Hi & Welcome.
Incomplete data like age, gender, any associated symptom or medical illness or medications taken...not available.
Chronic constipation is commonly caused by diseases of large intestines like
irritable bowel syndrome or disease,
diverticulosis, anal fissure, hemorrhoids, or cancer of the colon.
It can also be due to certain hormonal disorders like diabetes,
hypothyroidism, etc. Certain neurological conditions like Parkinson's disease,
spinal cord injury and certain medications like calcium channel blockers used for hypertension can also be responsible.
Assuming that you do not have any associated illness or take certain medications you seem to have a functional constipation. Which can be relieved by:
1. Taking enough fluids, dietary fibers, fruits and vegetables.
2. Avoiding caffeinated soft drinks
3. Avoiding red meat, alcohol, or refined sugars.
4. Doing regular exercise.
If the constipation is not relieved, you need to be evaluated to rule out the possible causes of constipation and if detected should be treated.
Hope these answer your query.
