What Causes Chronic Constipation, Blood In Stool And Abdominal Pain?
I recently have been diagnosed with kidney infection and treated for it. I am now struggling with severe constipation. It includes bleeding, pain, rectal spams, a constant feeling a lump. I was in the er last night and they said the antibiotics are working on the kidney infection and gave me saline hoping to help the constipation. it hasent.

You have serious symptoms and you need to do work up that includes colonoscopy and CT scan since there may be organic disorder in colon which include tumors as well. YOu should not use laxative before these disorders are ruled out.
