What Causes Chronic Abdominal Pain Along With Diarrhea?

Hi Doc. I experienced stomach ache last night. The pain is oscillating with pain reaching an extreme and then settling down only to get worse further. Also went to washroom with loose motions. I had taken meftal spas thinking its gas but the pain has just subsided but not vanished

I really appreciate your concern, such abdomen pain could be due to colicky abdomen pain, dyspepsia, hyperacidity, it can be managed with Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen and Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg once in day hope this information helps.
